Roles & Responsibilities
The Sales Manager (Farm land project) will be responsible for driving revenue through lead conversion, deal closures, and relationship management. The role focuses on managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead engagement to booking closure, while achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Revenue Generation and deal closure
- Own and achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and closure strategies
- Ensure timely follow-ups and movement of leads through the sales funnel
Lead Management & Conversion
- Manage leads from digital marketing, channel partners, site visits, and referrals
- Identify high-intent prospects and prioritise closures
Site Visits & Customer Engagement
- Conduct project site visits and explain product value, pricing, and ROI (Farmland sales)
- Build trust with customers through transparent communication
- Address customer concerns related to legal, pricing, and project timelines
Channel & Referral Sales
- Develop and manage channel partners, brokers, and referral networks
- Generate repeat and referral business from existing customers
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, events, and lead generation
Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports
- Share realistic sales forecasts with management
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue achieved vs target
- Lead-to-site visit conversion
- Site visit-to-closure ratio
- Average closure cycle time
- Customer satisfaction & referral generation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems
Preferred Experience
- Plotted developments, villas, Farmland, or premium residential projects and Apartment sales.
- Digital lead handling and high-ticket sales.
