Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our B2C and B2B sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth in the civil construction segment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team for performance excellence

- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients (B2C & B2B)

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

- Identify new business opportunities in residential and commercial construction

- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project discussions

- Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports

- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and lead generation

- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement


Requirements & Skills:

- Proven experience in sales within Real estate industry /construction

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to understand client requirements and offer customized solutions

- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets

- Good knowledge of local market (Odisha preferred)


Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
