𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
▪️ 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 Lead and mentor a team of sales executives toward monthly and quarterly closure targets. Supervise site visit coordination, drive high-value closures personally, and run weekly performance reviews.
▪️ 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 & 𝗞𝗣𝗜 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 Own the funnel from lead allocation to booking confirmation. Track lead-to-site-visit ratios, conversion %, inventory absorption velocity, and per-executive productivity. Present weekly/monthly MIS to leadership.
▪️ 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 Build and activate CP networks across Bhubaneswar and feeder markets (NRI corridors, PSU townships). Drive CP engagement, manage incentive structures, and ensure timely CP bill clearance and MIS maintenance.
▪️ 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Partner with in-house presales and marketing teams for clean lead handoff, accurate buyer briefing, and campaign feedback loops.
▪️ 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘀 Provide ground-level inputs on pricing, payment plans, and inventory release strategy based on buyer feedback and market signals.
▪️ 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 Ensure timely recovery of due amounts as per agreed schedules. Maintain RERA-compliant documentation and audit-ready records across all transactions.

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
▪️ 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales (𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 — candidates from other industries will not be considered) ▪️ MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred ▪️ Proven team leadership — managing 3+ sales executives ▪️ Strong working knowledge of RERA norms, booking documentation, and home-loan coordination with major banks/NBFCs ▪️ Existing Bhubaneswar CP network is a significant advantage ▪️ Fluency in English, Hindi, and Odia ▪️ Consultative selling approach suited to a premium buyer profile ▪️ Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards
