Job Description:
We are hiring a motivated Sales Manager for a leading real estate company. The role involves managing channel partners, generating leads, and converting them into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls and meetings
Build strong relationships with channel partners and brokers
Coordinate client meetings and site visits
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Assist in negotiations and closing deals
Maintain client database and follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate/channel sales
MBA freshers with interest in sales can also apply
Good communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of real estate market
