Role Description
As a Sales Manager PSF in the life insurance division at Bajaj Life, you will be responsible for driving and managing sales activities in a fast-paced environment. Your tasks will include developing strategies to achieve business targets, recruiting and training insurance advisors, guiding the team in meeting sales objectives, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. You will work closely with branch leadership to implement innovative sales methods and monitor performance metrics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales planning, target achievement, and customer relationship management
- Ability to recruit, train, and mentor insurance advisors effectively
- Expertise in developing sales strategies, monitoring metrics, and analyzing results
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to motivate teams and achieve goals
- Proficiency in presenting products and solutions to customers to drive business growth
- Knowledge of the life insurance domain or financial services sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills with adaptability and problem-solving abilities
