Role Description
The Sales Manager for the PSF Channel in Life Insurance will spearhead sales operations, manage and grow a team of advisors, and build strong relationships with channel partners. Core responsibilities include achieving sales targets, providing training and development for the advisors, designing and executing business development and marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction by offering the most suitable life insurance solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales strategy, lead generation, and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in team management, training, and people development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
- Ability to create and implement business development and marketing initiatives
- Knowledge of insurance sector trends, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Graduate degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in insurance sales and familiarity with the PSF Channel preferred
- Results-driven mindset with proven track record of achieving sales targets
