Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager for the PSF (Proprietary Sales Force) channel in an on-site, full-time position based in Noida. The role will include driving sales performance and leading a team to achieve targets aligned to organizational goals. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, onboarding and training new sales personnel, maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and monitoring metrics for consistent performance improvement. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance market presence and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales acumen with experience in sales strategy development, target achievement, and team management
- Proficiency in client relationship management and partner collaboration
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to monitor performance metrics and drive improvements
- Ability to inspire and lead a team through structured onboarding and mentoring
- Familiarity with the life insurance industry or financial services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
