About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Sales professional to drive business growth in the Mumbai market. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with key stakeholders in construction and real estate projects, ensuring specification and sales of our tile products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in real estate, construction, and infrastructure projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and developers
- Achieve sales targets through project specifications and closures
- Track upcoming projects and maintain a strong project pipeline
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, production) to ensure smooth order execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Ensure timely collections and manage credit exposure
Key Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Project Sales, preferably in tiles, ceramics, sanitaryware, or building materials
- Strong network with architects, builders, and contractors in Mumbai
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of the construction lifecycle and specification sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
- Experience working with premium or mid-segment tile brands
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
