About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, high-ownership Sales Manager to drive project sales for turnkey commercial kitchens in Bangalore and the surrounding region.
This is a techno-commercial role suited for someone who has worked in tender-based, long-cycle, project sales and is comfortable engaging with consultants, PMCs, procurement teams, and end clients.
The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial in mindset, disciplined in execution, and comfortable taking accountability for both sales and collections for the projects they win.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales for turnkey commercial kitchen projects across hotels, corporates, and institutions.
- Generate and pursue new business opportunities through direct client engagement and consultant networks.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — enquiry, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, hospitality consultants, PMCs, project heads, and procurement teams.
- Work closely with Design, Projects, and Service teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
- Track market trends, competitor positioning, and pricing to refine sales strategy.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and achieve assigned revenue and margin targets.
- Own and actively manage collections for projects brought in
What We Are Looking For
- Engineering background is mandatory.
- 8+ years of project/institutional sales experience.
- At least 4–5 years in project/tender-based sales (commercial kitchens, foodservice equipment, MEP, HVAC, industrial equipment, or similar capital goods preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and close large-ticket projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with consultants and PMCs.
- High accountability, structured work approach, and results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
