Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Pune Division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth for plastic injection mold manufacturing solutions. Daily responsibilities include developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. The role will also involve market research, competitor analysis, and participation in industry events to enhance brand visibility and expand the customer base.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Experience in plastic injection mold manufacturing or related industrial sectors
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site in the Pune Division and travel as required
- Knowledge of certifications like TS16949, ISO 9001/14001 is an advantage
