Role Overview
Drive sales and business growth across pharmaceutical & surgical products within hospital and institutional segments. The role focuses on managing hospital accounts, expanding presence across Delhi NCR, and ensuring strong execution across critical care, pharma, and general hospital supply categories.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve sales targets for products across hospitals and healthcare institutions
• Develop and manage relationships with hospital purchase departments, doctors, and key stakeholders
• Expand business across Delhi NCR by onboarding new hospital clients
• Handle hospital sales cycles including procurement and order closures
• Support institutional business including tenders and rate contracts
• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability and timely delivery
• Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
• Ensure regular follow-ups and strong account management
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2–4 years of experience in pharma hospital sales
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and hospital supply processes
• Experience in dealing with hospitals, nursing homes, and institutions
• Understanding of procurement systems and tender-based business
• Network within Delhi NCR hospitals preferred
