Role Description
The Sales Manager role at Italent | Bizgrow is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. Responsibilities include leading sales strategies in the Pharma, FMCG, and Chemical sectors, building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving business development initiatives. The Sales Manager will collaborate with teams, analyze market trends, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, Networking, and Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge of Pharma, FMCG, and Chemical markets and products
- Experience with Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Sales Forecasting
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate teams effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and drive results in a competitive environment
