Key Responsibilitiesβ Drive sales targets through effective sales funnel management (ETBR)
β Ensure adherence to sales processes (SANKALP & digital tools)
β Monitor P1, P2, P3 leads and improve conversion rates
β Deliver high SSI (Customer Satisfaction) scores
β Handle customer escalations & high-value clients
β Coordinate with OEM, financiers, insurance & RTO
β Plan inventory & stock based on sales insights

Team Leadershipβ Lead, mentor & motivate sales teams to exceed targets
β Guide team on complex enquiries & deal closures
β Build a high-performance & positive work culture
β Drive training, incentives & performance management

Who Should Apply?β
Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)

5β7 years in Sales + 2β3 years in Team Handling

Automobile industry exposure preferred
