Key Responsibilities
Drive Pan India sales strategy and achieve revenue targets
Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries (Pharma, Automotive, Electronics, Labs, etc.)
Manage key accounts and strategic clients
Lead end-to-end sales cycle lead generation to order closure
Collaborate with internal engineering/technical teams for solutioning
Handle commercial negotiations, contracts, and tenders
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (CRM)
Support project execution and ensure customer satisfaction
Key Requirements
8 - 15 years of experience in B2B technical/capital equipment sales
Must have experience in at least one of the following:
Environmental / Stability Chambers
Cold Chain / Refrigeration
Commercial HVAC systems
Testing / Inspection / Lab Equipment
Strong Pan India sales exposure preferred
Experience handling large/key accounts
Good understanding of technical sales solution selling
Excellent communication negotiation skills.
