Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to accelerate revenue growth across GCC and high-growth developing markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cybersecurity or SaaS sales, a proven ability to manage enterprise sales cycles, and an established network across BFSI, Gaming, Fintech, and mobile app ecosystems.
This role requires a hands-on sales professional who can build pipelines, close strategic deals, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to market expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Business Development
- Drive regional revenue growth across GCC and emerging markets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across BFSI, Gaming, Fintech, and O2O sectors.
- Build and manage a strong enterprise and mid-market sales pipeline.
- Consistently achieve revenue, customer acquisition, and account growth targets.
- Support go-to-market initiatives to expand into untapped markets.
Enterprise Sales & Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with CXOs, CISOs, CTOs, and Heads of Digital.
- Lead consultative, value-based sales conversations for cybersecurity SaaS solutions.
- Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiations, and closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success to align solutions with customer requirements.
Market Expansion & Strategic Execution
- Leverage industry networks within fintech, gaming, BFSI, and mobile app ecosystems.
- Maintain strong market intelligence on cybersecurity trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner forums.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity sales.
- Proven track record of enterprise sales and revenue growth.
- Strong experience selling into BFSI, Gaming, Fintech, and O2O sectors.
- Experience handling complex sales cycles and solution-led selling.
- Established business network across GCC and developing markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high ownership mindset.
