*Job Title: Sales Manager – Mumbai (Enterprise & Key Accounts)*

*Role Overview*
We are looking for a high-performing *Sales Manager* based in Mumbai to drive enterprise and key account growth within the West region. The ideal candidate must come from a strong *IT sales background*, with the ability to sell integrated solutions across *IT infrastructure, AV, security, networking, and related domains*.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Drive sales and business development* across assigned enterprise accounts in Mumbai and surrounding West region
- *Own and grow key customer relationships* with CIOs, IT Heads, and CXOs in BFSI, IT/ITES, Pharma, and Manufacturing
- *Identify, develop, and close opportunities* across IT infra, data center, AV, unified communication, and cyber security
- *Own the complete sales cycle* from opportunity identification, solution positioning, proposals, to closure
- *Achieve assigned revenue & profitability targets* – Expected annual order booking of ₹12–18 Cr
- *Engage with senior stakeholders* to drive strategic conversations and become trusted advisor
- *Build a strong and predictable sales pipeline* with accurate forecasting using CRM tools
- *Collaborate with pre-sales, OEMs, and internal teams* like Cisco, HP, Dell, Microsoft, Poly, Crestron to create competitive solutions
- *Drive account mining and cross-selling* across existing customers to increase wallet share
- *Ensure smooth transition* from sales to delivery with strong internal coordination
- *Track market trends* and identify new business opportunities in hybrid work, cloud, and smart office solutions
- *Maintain strong follow-up and closure discipline* across all opportunities
*Candidate Profile*
- *Experience*: 8–12 years in enterprise sales with a strong IT background. Must have handled ₹2Cr+ deals
- *Domain Expertise*: Proven experience in selling IT infrastructure, servers, storage, networking, AV, and integrated solutions
- *Account Management*: Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and strategic account management
- *Network*: Existing relationships with enterprise accounts in Mumbai. BFSI/IT/ITES network preferred
- *Skills*: Excellent communication, negotiation, and CXO engagement skills
- *Education*: B.E/B.Tech in IT/CS/ECE. MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
- *Attributes*: Self-driven, outcome-oriented, aggressive closer with P&L mindset
- *Other*: Regular presence in Mumbai office required. Willing to travel across West region
