Mid-Level Sales Manager (Mumbai & Gujarat)
We are looking for qualified Sales Professionals with minimum 1 year of experience in Sales/ Business Development (preferably in SAAS Sales / Enterprise Sales / Channel Sales / B2B Sales OR in the Fintech / Banking sector.)
Candidates must be fluent in English and Marathi; and have working proficiency in Gujarati.

Mission
To drive new client acquisition in Mumbai and Gujarat, with a strong focus on Advanced and Enterprise subscribers. The role requires closing deals personally, building association networks for visibility, and developing a partner community that generates recurring leads.
Outcomes:
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Close 20+ Advanced/Enterprise client deals in FY 26 (with split targets for Mumbai and Gujarat).
- Close 50+ Advanced/Enterprise client deals annually (with split targets for Mumbai and Gujarat).
- Ensure quarterly pipeline coverage of 3x target.
- Personally manage relationships with top 10 prospects in Mumbai and Gujarat each quarter.
Geographic Focus
- Spend minimum 5 - 7 business days/month in Gujarat across Surat, Baroda, Ahmedabad.
- Achieve 15+ client meetings/month in Gujarat leading to consistent closures.
