Role Description
The Sales Manager - MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) will manage and grow client relationships within the MICE sector. Key responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targets while contributing to TravelPlus's growth in the travel management market. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management, preferably in the MICE or travel sector.
- Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Building.
- Ability to prepare and present compelling Proposals and Pitch Decks to clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and analyzing Sales Data to develop strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in exploring and securing new business opportunities within corporate industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the travel industry is advantageous.
