Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - MICE, based in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue for MICE services through lead generation, client engagement, and contract negotiation. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, and meeting sales targets. As a representative of Adiona, the selected candidate will play a vital role in fostering partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align on goals and leverage resources to fulfill client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of MICE industry practices, including corporate conferences, international travel programs, and destination management.
- Proven ability in lead generation, client relationship management, and driving sales performance.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and other sales-related technology tools.
- Knowledge of global travel destinations and cross-cultural client handling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in the travel and MICE industry is a strong advantage.
- A proactive, goal-oriented team player with a passion for delivering innovative solutions and memorable client experiences.
