Role Description
This full-time hybrid role, based in Gurugram, allows for a mix of in-office and remote work. As a Sales Manager for MICE and Corporate Events, you will manage end-to-end client acquisition and engagement for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) and corporate events. You will identify and pursue sales opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and collaborate with internal teams to create customized event solutions. Additionally, you will negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure successful project execution, ensuring high client satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management, with expertise in MICE and Corporate Events
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, BTL activations, and event planning
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Project management capabilities, including budgeting, timeline management, and vendor coordination
- Ability to work independently, adapt to a hybrid work environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in the corporate events or MICE industry is a must
