PickMyWork is a gig platform that helps any company sign-up new customers and engage with them, through a pay-per-task model using up-skilled unemployed youth.
Role- Sales Manager (Merchant Accounts)
Location- Gurgaon, Haryana
Compensation Structure - 4 LPA - 6 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities-
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive merchant acquisition and onboarding in assigned cities
- Manage and monitor field sales executives (FSEs) performance
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved
- Expand business in Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and clients
- Track and improve conversion rates and productivity
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Share regular reports and insights with management
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales / field sales / team handling
- Experience in fintech, merchant acquisition, or B2B sales (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams across multiple locations
- Target-oriented and data-driven mindset
