Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager in the MBO (Multi-Brand Outlet) Garment Industry, based in Nagpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, setting sales objectives, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, creating sales strategies, managing a sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. Additionally, the role involves forecasting sales performance and discovering new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in sales, business development, and account management strategies within the garment or fashion industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide the sales team effectively
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and sales forecasting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and deliver measurable results
- Experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in the garment or retail industry is highly desirable
