Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our regional sales initiatives. This role will focus on acquiring and growing client accounts for our online data collection and research technology services. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and expanding our client base within your region. Over time, this role offers a clear path to a broader general management position, including team leadership and strategic growth responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of DataXing’s market research services, including online data collection via proprietary panels and tech-enabled solutions
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of clients and prospects in the assigned region
- Identify client needs and position DataXing solutions effectively to win new business
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal project delivery, panel management, and technology teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and forecasting
- Represent DataXing at industry events and client meetings as required
Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in market research, data, or SaaS-based services. We are open to various tenures of experience.
- Strong understanding of the online research ecosystem and data collection methodologies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Experience managing regional accounts and growing them into strategic partnerships
