Location: Malappuram
Role: Sales Manager
Work Mode: Work From Home + Client Visits
Work Schedule: 6 Days Working
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the platform’s benefits
• Conduct online demos and presentations tailored to client requirements
• Visit customers for relationship building, presentations, and negotiations (travel expenses reimbursed)
• Maintain and manage leads, sales activities, and customer interactions through CRM tools
• Convert prospects into successfully onboarded customers
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Engagement
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building ability
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and practices
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed goals
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹5 LPA
Incentive: 10% incentive once monthly revenue crosses ₹2.5L
