Role Objective
To aggressively drive sales of luxury apartments, manage high-value negotiations, and build a strong HNI/NRI buyer network while delivering exceptional brand-led customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive closures of large-ticket premium apartment transactions.
- Maintain strong pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy.
- Build and nurture relationships with HNIs, NRIs, CXOs, and business owners.
- Conduct high-impact project presentations and personalized site visits.
- Develop and manage relationships with premium brokers and channel partners.
- Analyze luxury real estate micro-market trends in Chennai.
- Recommend pricing and positioning strategies aligned with market demand.
- Represent at exclusive networking events and industry forums.
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in luxury real estate / premium residential sales.
- Proven track record of closing high-value transactions.
- Strong broker and HNI network in Chennai.
- Deep understanding of T. Nagar and key premium micro-markets.
- Excellent negotiation and executive presentation skills.
- MBA preferred (not mandatory).
