Role Description
The Sales Manager for Bajaj Life Insurance’s Direct Marketing channel will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to drive growth in Life Insurance products. This full-time role involves developing and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, managing a sales team, and creating marketing campaigns to meet and exceed sales targets. Daily responsibilities include tracking sales performance, providing training to the team, operational efficiency monitoring, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement customer acquisition strategies. This position is located on-site at Bajaj Life’s office in Noida.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales strategy, lead generation, and effective sales closing.
- Strong abilities in customer relationship management, communication, and client engagement.
- Expertise in team management, performance monitoring, and coaching sales teams.
- Experience with marketing strategies, campaign development, and market analysis.
- Analytical mindset for data analysis and target tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Familiarity with the financial or life insurance industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for reporting and analysis.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
