Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in Life Insurance, located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance consultants to achieve business targets, developing sales strategies, and expanding the customer base. Responsibilities include client acquisition, improving lead conversion rates, analyzing market trends, and fostering strong relationships with clients. The role will require continuous coaching and training of team members to improve their performance and effectively align their goals with the company’s objectives. The Sales Manager will also ensure adherence to company policies and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales strategy development, client acquisition, and team leadership
- Understanding of the life insurance industry and ability to analyze market trends
- Proficiency in managing people, coaching skills, and motivating sales teams
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales software, and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable
