📌 Sales Manager (SM) & Branch Manager (BM) – LAP
Location: Malegaon, Pune , PCMC , Solapur, Kalyan
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Loan Against Property (LAP) business at the branch level.
- Achieve sales targets through DST/DSA channels.
- Recruit, train & manage sales team productivity.
- Ensure quality sourcing & smooth login-to-disbursement process.
- Coordinate with Credit, Ops & Legal teams for timely closures.
- Monitor portfolio quality & ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Finance/Marketing.
- 2-7 years experience in LAP/Secured Loan sales.
- Strong team handling & target achievement skills.
- Good communication, negotiation & MS Office skills.
- Own vehicle preferred.
