- New Account Acquisition (Primary KPI)
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new key accounts across Large Modern Trade & Regional Multi Store Format
- Build relationships with national retail chains, regional retailers
- Channel Expansion
Drive all-India expansion across Modern Trade & General Trade networks
- Revenue & Margin Ownership
Achieve aggressive sales targets with strict adherence to margin benchmarks
- Key Account Management
Ensure strong sell-through, visibility, and inventory rotation
- Execution Excellence
Ensure timely product placement, promotions, and stock availability
- Market Intelligence
Track competitor movements, pricing, and channel trends

Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in Modern Trade / Key Accounts / Distribution sales in India
- Strong network with:
- Large format retail chains
- Regional Key Retail Outlets
- Proven track record of opening new accounts and scaling revenue
- Experience in categories like:
- Home, kitchenware, consumer goods, lifestyle, or similar
- Strong negotiation skills with a margin-first mindset
- Highly aggressive, target-driven, and execution-focused
- Comfortable with travel and pan-India responsibility
