Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager specializing in IT & Cybersecurity for a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering customized IT and cybersecurity solutions. Key responsibilities include building and executing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, conducting business development meetings, collaborating with internal teams to recommend optimal solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and delivering presentations tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in IT & Cybersecurity services, including areas like EDR, XDR, DLP, MDM, and SIEM, as well as compliance frameworks (ISO, SEBI, RBI).
- Proven expertise in sales strategy development, business development, and achieving sales targets in the IT and cybersecurity domains.
- Proficiency in relationship management, client communication, and negotiation, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to analyze market trends, prepare actionable sales forecasts, and present technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in IT sales, cybersecurity, or similar technical fields is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability to market demands.
