Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi for a dedicated and dynamic Sales Manager specializing in IT solutions. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue through consultative sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Other responsibilities include conducting product presentations, working closely with the technical team to provide tailored solutions, maintaining detailed records of sales activities, and representing the company at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Technology, or System Integration sales
Proven experience in enterprise and/or government IT sales
Strong understanding of:
- IT Infrastructure
- Data Centre Solutions
- Networking
- Surveillance
- Cloud & Cybersecurity
- System Integration projects
Experience managing complete sales lifecycle including:
- Lead generation
- Client acquisition
- Solution positioning
- Proposal coordination
- Commercial negotiations
- Deal closure
Strong relationship management skills with enterprise clients, government departments, PSUs, channel partners, or OEM ecosystem
Experience coordinating with technical, bid, OEM, and delivery teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to independently drive business growth and revenue targets
