We’re hiring a Deputy Manager – Sales (International B2B) for a leading Marine & Oil & Gas engineering company in Navi Mumbai (Mahape).
�� Experience: 4–6 years (Age ≤ 30)
�� Industry: Marine / Oil & Gas / Shipping
�� Role: End-to-end B2B technical sales (ME / Africa / Europe)
�� Must have: Deal closures (₹50L+), international clients, marine/oil & gas exposure
Looking for candidates with strong experience in international sales, deal closures (₹50L-1CR+), and key account management. Experience in sales from Engine Spares & Services and
Engine Management Solutions. Demonstrated, repeatable ownership of end-to-end direct B2B technical sales, including problem discovery, technical–commercial discussions, pricing, and final PO closure with end customers such as ship managers, vessel owners, drilling contractors, or
EPCs in the marine or oil & gas sectors.
�� CTC: ₹12–14 LPA + ₹1 L variable
