Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in interior design, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will focus on driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships and presenting tailored interior design solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales process, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Knowledge of interior design concepts, trends, products, and services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of sales strategies.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in interior design, home décor, or a similar industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to client needs seamlessly.
