Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on products and services, prepare sales proposals, and handle negotiations. The role also involves maintaining a strong understanding of market trends and contributing to strategies for business development.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Account Management
- Experience in Building and Maintaining Client Relationships
- Proficiency in Market Research and Developing Sales Strategies
- Ability to Negotiate, Close Deals, and Achieve Sales Targets
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Interior Design or related industries is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite
