Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager specializing in Institutional Sales for our Insulation Business. Based in the Chennai Metropolitan Region, the role includes periodic work-from-home flexibility. The responsibilities involve identifying and developing institutional sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, implementing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, provide sales forecasting, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in Institutional or B2B sales, preferably in the insulation or construction materials sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to achieve revenue goals
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline, develop key accounts, and close deals
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage hybrid work arrangements effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
- Understanding of Rock Wool Insulation products and their applications is a plus
