- About the Role: The Sales Manager (Institutional) plays a key role in driving business growth on the Tatvacare platform (Tatva Practice & Good Flip). This role focuses on expanding revenue by onboarding hospitals and corporate clinics, while positioning the platform as a preferred choice for consultations. Key Responsibilities: • Represent TatvaCare as the face of the brand in the assigned region • Drive end-to-end revenue growth—from lead generation to customer success • Acquire and manage partnerships with hospitals and corporate clinics • Understand market needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and operations • Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the HIMS product • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular in-person interactions Requirements: • Graduate in any discipline • 6 - 9 years of Sales/Business Development experience, with at least 3 years in hospital focused revenue generation • Experience managing multiple markets is an added advantage • Strong client account management and relationship-building skills • Highly target-driven with a strong sense of ownership • Proactive and open to taking on evolving responsibilities • Willingness to work in a field-based role and actively engage with clients
