Your tasks are:
- Establishment and development of the sales Region in Northindia.
- Creation and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Further development of existing key accounts and distributors as well as identification and exploitation of new market opportunities.
- Coordinating sales activities with other departments (technical sales and Customer Support).
- Planning and execution of the annual sales budget
What we expect from you:
- You have a degree with a focus on agricultural science, microbiology, chemistry or pharmacy, economics or veterinary medicine
- You already have experience in the animal feed industry, including at least 3 years in additive sales.
- You have a strong customer focus and a passion for sales success.
- You have a high level of mobility and willingness to travel internationally
- You speak business English and you are fluent in at least one Northindian language (e.g. Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Kashmiri)
- Your hands-on mentality and good communication skills characterize you.
- You have project management experience and a creative and pioneering spirit.
- You have solid experience working in companies operating internationally.
