Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling and manage inbound enquiries.
- Understand client requirements and conduct meetings, including on-site visits.
- Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and sales collaterals.
- Manage end-to-end sales documentation, including proposals, invoices, and work orders.
- Maintain CRM records and track the sales lifecycle from lead to closure.
- Prepare and update sales reports and business tracking sheets.
- Coordinate timely payment collection and track receivables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in sales events and support basic marketing initiatives.
- Manage client communication and maintain organized documentation.
