Job Responsibilities

· Monitor local market trends in India, analyze competitor products, pricing, and strategies, and deliver insightful reports on customer needs and new product potential to support strategic decision-making.

· Plan and execute local marketing activities (e.g., industry exhibitions, online/offline campaigns) to enhance brand awareness and influence in the Indian market.

· Identify and develop new clients and distribution channels, maintain relationships with existing customers, deeply explore their needs, and drive further cooperation.

· Develop and implement local sales channel strategies, monitor channel performance, resolve cooperation issues, and ensure efficient channel operations.

· Set personal sales plans, follow up on leads, conduct business negotiations, sign contracts, and achieve annual sales targets with a results-oriented approach.

· Quickly learn and master company products, deliver product presentations and training to customers, and provide basic after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a technical field (renewable energy, photovoltaics, power electronics, etc.); minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in the photovoltaic industry.

· Strong existing network in the Indian PV industry, including distributor resources and key contacts.

· Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); proficiency in Hindi or other local languages is a plus.

· Independent business development and sales channel management capabilities.

· Strong learning ability to quickly understand technical products and deliver effective customer training.

· Excellent business negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.

· High emotional intelligence, sharp market insight, and ability to identify opportunities.

· Goal-oriented, resilient, self-motivated, and willing to travel frequently.

· Valid driver’s license and ability to drive independently for business trips and client visits.
