Job Title: Sales Manager – Academic Counselling (Individual Contributor)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager (IC Role) to drive student enrollments through academic counselling. The candidate will be responsible for understanding student needs, counselling them on online degree/certification programs, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students belonging to the K9, K12 segment and drive admissions
- Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable study plans
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
- Maintain CRM updates and follow-up pipelines
- Build strong relationships with students and parents through consultative selling
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in EdTech sales or academic counselling
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Target-driven mindset with good negotiation abilities
- Experience in online degree/course sales is preferred
