Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Sales Manager (Individual Contributor). The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include pitching Tutopia’s solutions to prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, gathering market intelligence, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive successful business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including prospecting, working with leads, and achieving sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Understanding of educational technologies, e-learning platforms, or related industries
- Proficient in analyzing market trends and gathering customer feedback
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably in the education sector, is an advantage
