Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager (Hybrid Inverter), located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales processes involved in hybrid inverters, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role includes preparing sales proposals, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer needs, and providing technical insights about hybrid inverter solutions to customers. The Manager will also track market trends, gather customer feedback, and propose solutions to improve customer experience and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of hybrid inverter technologies, renewable energy systems, and power electronics
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to track market trends and analyze customer needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the renewable energy sector or relevant technical sales experience is a strong asset
- Flexibility to travel locally and regionally as required
