Role Overview:
To drive strategic growth across Hospitality and Institutional markets by influencing design ecosystems, building strong alliances with premium allied brands, and positioning the company as a partner in delivering sustainable, wellness -driven, and performance -led spaces.
This role goes beyond selling acoustics it focuses on building cross -industry collaboration that shapes calmer, healthier, and more innovative environments.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Market Development & Brand Positioning:
Develop segment -led strategy for Hospitality & Institutional markets
Position acoustic solutions as integral to guest comfort, spatial psychology, and brand identity
Influence concept -stage design decisions
2) Strategic Networking & Allied Industry Collaboration:
Build strong relationships and collaborative engagements with premium allied brands.
3) Objectives of Alliances:
Co -create design conversations
Conduct joint architect meets & knowledge forums
Drive system -level solutions instead of product -level selling
Enter projects through ecosystem influence rather than tender routes
4) Sustainability & Wellness Advocacy:
Promote recycled, sustainable, and environmentally responsible acoustic systems
Align with ESG and green building narratives

Required Compentencies:

Excellent communication and leadership skills
Qualification:
MBA / Architecture / Engineering preferred
10-15 years in building materials / interiors / hospitality solutions
Strong network within hospitality architects & premium allied brands
Experience in collaborative selling and strategic partnerships
Deep understanding of experiential, sustainable, and wellness-led design.
Excellent communication and leadership skills
