Role Description

The Sales Manager (Home Loans) is responsible for driving the sales of home loan products and managing a team of sales executives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing strategies to promote home loan products, meeting sales targets, training and supervising the sales team, identifying key markets, and establishing strong relationships with clients. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kota.


Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including the ability to meet or exceed targets and effectively manage a sales team.
  • Deep understanding of home loan products and financial services in the banking or NBFC sector.
  • Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
  • Experience in market research and developing actionable sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and reporting systems.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and motivational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 Years of experience preferably in Housing Loan with cross selling.
  • Previous experience in managing direct sales teams or handling home loans will be considered advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the local market in Kota and surrounding areas.
