We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the role of Business Manager / Sales Manager for a fast-growing fintech company. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in home loans, LAP, NBFC, or DSA channel sales and must be passionate about driving business growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard potential DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) and channel partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners
- Drive monthly sales targets and business growth
- Provide daily operational support to channel partners
- Ensure achievement of assigned targets and KPIs
- Develop local market networks to expand business opportunities
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Experience in NBFC / Banking / Fintech / DSA channel (Home Loan / LAP preferred)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Good communication (verbal & written)
- Must have own conveyance
- Strong local market knowledge
- Fluency in regional language is a plus
