Casa Amarosa is a design-led home goods brand working with artisan producers across India and selling to 1,500+ retailers globally. We create handcrafted products that stand out on shelves and online, and we are growing fast.
We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead wholesale and global retail sales growth. This is a high-ownership role based in Mumbai, ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B sales, wholesale, or export who is ready to take full accountability for pipeline, accounts, and revenue.
Responsibilities
Drive wholesale sales growth across platforms including Faire, direct outreach, and strategic global accounts. Manage inbound leads and convert prospects into long-term retail customers. Build and maintain relationships with retailers, buyers, distributors, and marketplace partners. Own weekly outreach targets across email, LinkedIn, phone, and follow-ups. Identify new market opportunities across the US, UK, and international markets. Reactivate dormant accounts and grow repeat order frequency and value. Collaborate with founders on sales strategy, pricing, product launches, and promotions. Maintain CRM pipeline, forecasts, and account performance tracking. Represent Casa Amarosa at trade shows and in buyer meetings.
Requirements
3 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale, exports, home decor, gifting, lifestyle, or retail. Proven track record of closing deals and managing accounts over time. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English. Experience managing international or global clients. Comfortable with sales targets, KPIs, and a performance-driven culture. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for ownership and urgency.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to US, UK, or European retailers. Familiarity with Faire, Shopify, CRM platforms, or Klaviyo. Existing buyer or distributor relationships in relevant markets. Background in handcrafted, artisan, or design-led product categories.
What Success Looks Like
Consistent new retailer acquisition. Growth in repeat order rate and account value. Healthy and well-managed sales pipeline. Month-on-month revenue growth across wholesale channels.
