What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Onboard and build relationships with kirana stores, fruit vendors, and retailers
- Drive sales, repeat orders, and outlet expansion
- Manage distributors and ensure smooth supply + collections
- Execute on-ground visibility, promotions, and merchandising
- Own your territory like a mini business
- Identify and implement process improvements with a core focus on optimizing workflow and significantly reducing wastage.
- Coordinate inventory management, track stock levels, and work closely with DC team to ensure timely deliveries
What You'll Bring (Qualifications & Skills)
- Experience: 1–5 years (FMCG / GT / Field Sales preferred)
- Someone who loves being in the market (80–90% field role)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action
- Experience in Bangalore GT market is a big plus
