Job Description:
• The Manager Sales – Business Consulting Services, is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and closing sales leads to meet self and team targets.
• This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospects lists, discovery, and individual research.
• A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.
Job Role Expectation:
• Working as a Sales representative in Direct and Indirect sales role
• Direct Sales Role managing an Annual Sales Target of 2.4 Cr
• Indirect Sales Role by conducting business development activities for the Indian & International market.
• Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
• Follow up on Suspects and conduct research to identify potential prospects
• Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how Filix can address those needs.
• Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Work closely with the Sales Head to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals.
• Ensure updated Sales Plan (Target vs Actual) for all SBU at all times
• Participate in periodic sales reviews as per published review roster
• Prepare and submit sales pipeline reports and dashboards
Required experience and knowledge:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or computer science
• Experience in the Software product of OEMs like Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft .
• 1-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to meet and /or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
• Excellent client services skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical Experience:
Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
