Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Manager - FTL at Scorpion Express Pvt Ltd. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing relationships, managing sales pipelines, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, market analysis for business development opportunities, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic planning and market analysis capabilities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Experience in handling Full Truck Load (FTL) operations is a plus
- Knowledge of the Pharma, FMCG, Textiles, or Auto Ancillary industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
