Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Manager at our office in Coimbatore. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, identify business growth opportunities, develop strategies to expand market presence, and maintain strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, mentoring team members, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales reports to support decision-making.

- Should have minimum 7 years experience in a consistent revenue delivery role.
- Should be a passionate self-starter who’s ready to get their hands dirty
- Should have a minimum of 2 years experience in team handling (minimum 4 member team)
- Strong understanding of Margin planning and delivery by different product mix
- High preference for candidates from travel background
- Should have strong understanding of funnel management and related metrics
- Should have experience in working with with Data and sales dashboards
- Good experience in handling client escalation during the sales process
ON A TYPICAL DAY, YOU WILL
- Coach, train & mentor your team of travel consultants.
- Coordinate weekly meetings with your team to go over their targets & ensure each member is successful in their role
- Assist/ coach team members on client calls and demos by holding ongoing trainings whenever needed
- Develop a monthly plan for your revenue delivery and corresponding funnel requirements
- Destination learning and training to improve the sales pitches
- Motivate and support the team to achieve their targets every month
